Health Office

Any student becoming ill during school hours may report to the Health Office with a pass from the teacher.  Arrangements will be made with the family for the student to go home or stay in the rest area.  UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD THE STUDENT LEAVE CAMPUS WITHOUT PERMISSION.  If it is necessary for you to take medication during school hours, it must be kept in the Health Office, along with a completed medication form, which is available in the Health Office.  Students should not have medication in their possession, unless it is authorized.

NOTE:  Emergency cards are kept on file in the Health Office so we will know who to contact in case of serious injury or illness.  Your parent or guardian is asked to complete a new emergency card each year so we are sure the information on the card is up-to-date and correct.  This is important so we can contact a parent or guardian regarding your condition.  Always report an injury to the Health Office whether it is serious or not.  The Health technician is also there to help with any health problems or questions.
